Meet
Ella aven

Known for her folksy sound and lyricism, Ella Aven has used her Washington roots to bring something new to the Nashville scene. Taking inspiration from Artists like Joni Mitchell and Zach Bryan, Aven has utilized her unique vocal tone to display emotion and pairs it with simplistic instruments put a fresh twist on the indie folk sound.

Despite being raised in a far from musical family, Aven was adamant about starting guitar lessons at a young age. On her 7th birthday she was given her first guitar and began taking lessons from a man at a local music school. She would later begin voice lessons with his wife. Having known her since she was just a little kid, this hippie couple seemingly adopted Aven as their musical child. Over the years, their influence not only helped Aven develop her musical skill set but also develop a deep love for acoustic instrumentation and raw storytelling.
